B.B.King Wins Two Grammys!

The 45th Annual Grammy Awards were good to B.B.King.B.B. added two Grammys this past Sunday to his previous 11 Grammy wins.This years Grammy award wins were for the 2002 Best Pop Instrumental Performance for “Auld Lang Syne” and2002 Best Traditional Blues Album for “A Christmas Celebration of Hope”.BB King has been nominated for 27 Grammy Awards through 2002.Congratulations B.B.!

B.B.King To Play Doheny Blues Festival

From Billboard.com:Blues legends B.B. King and Bo Diddley, as well as contemporary blues stars such as Jonny Lang and Marcia Ball, will be on hand for the Doheny Blues Festival next weekend in Dana Point, Calif. Produced by Omega Events and sponsored by Miller Genuine Draft, the event will take place May 18-19 at the 62-acre Doheny State Beach park.
